Service
Timi AI Workspace License is a digital software license for account login, desktop authorization, local workflow tools, usage records, and support. It is delivered online after payment confirmation. Nothing is shipped physically.
Independence and product boundary
Timi AI Workspace is an independent product and is not affiliated with any AI model provider. Customers are responsible for using their own provider accounts or API keys where third-party AI services are connected. The service does not sell third-party model usage, third-party accounts, official provider accounts, provider credentials, physical goods, resale marketplace items, regulated financial services, or crypto services.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide a valid email address for receipts and license communication. The service may not be used for illegal activity, spam, credential theft, payment fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass platform safety controls.
Billing
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments may collect payment details, tax information, and billing data required to complete the transaction.
Access and availability
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but online services may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, provider limits, or technical issues. Customers can contact support if license activation does not work after purchase.
