Timi AI Workspace may process checkout email, optional name, account status, order details, access status, usage records, and basic device or browser access information. Dodo Payments collects payment, tax, and receipt information as merchant of record.

Use of information

Customer information is used for account login, service delivery, usage records, risk control, support, refunds, and necessary service notices.

Sharing

Payment information is processed by Dodo Payments. Timi AI Workspace does not sell customer contact information and does not receive full card or wallet credentials from Dodo Payments checkout.

Retention

We keep records needed to provide service, support billing audits, resolve disputes, maintain security, and answer account questions. Customers may contact us to ask about their data.
