Evaluation access
Evaluation purchases may be refunded within 7 days if the customer has not used the service materially and the request is submitted from the purchasing email address.
Used service credit
Consumed API usage, custom onboarding work, and provider-incurred costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error.
How to request a refund
Send the order email, payment date, and reason for the request to support@pclaude.com. We review eligible requests within 5 business days.
